LEVEL OF SERVICE
Delivery to addresses in the UK is by standard Royal Mail delivery. Next day delivery can be arranged on request.
Proud To Be British Ltd.offers two international delivery options supplied by Parcel Force Worldwide. Both the
Standard and Express Services offer doorstep delivery requiring a signature on receipt. Parcel Force
Worldwide offers full tracking facilities via the Parcel Force website .
The International Standard Service offers expected delivery times of 3 - 5 working days for Europe and
5 - 10 working days for the rest of the world. For those who require their products more urgently, the
Express Service offers a guaranteed 2 day delivery for Europe and up to 8 days for the rest of the world.
(Guaranteed delivery within 5 working days to the USA for example).
Please note, however, that average delivery times for the International Standard service are provided as
guidelines only and actual delivery times may vary. Please contact us or visit Parcel Force Worldwide for

Deliveries to addresses outside the EU may be subject to local customs regulations and it is the purchasers
responsibility to ensure that the order complies with these. Union Jack Supplies cannot be held responsible
should local authorities wish to confiscate any particular item contained or charge any import duty.
When deliveries are made to BFPO, HMS or RAF establishments or any other establishment where a person
other than the addressee is responsible for signing for deliveries, that person's signature is deemed to be proof of
delivery to the customer. Proud To Be British Ltd. do not guarantee delivery beyond this point.
From time to time we may offer free or reduced delivery to certain locations. During such offers delivery within the UK will be via Royal Mail First Class. Orders to addresses outside the UK will be by the cheapest available air dispatch service.
